The brief
Unfiltered Hospitality partnered with St Joe to enhance their beverage services through comprehensive training focused on Better Bartending, Hospitality training, Practical skills, and Technique. The objective was to empower a community of bartenders across various St Joe properties with the tools and skills training necessary to encourage better bartending practices. Additionally, the training encompassed Classic Cocktails and Spirits Education to further enrich the knowledge base of the staff.
The Results
Unfiltered Hospitality's services have significantly benefited St Joe and its staff in multiple ways. Management was equipped with the tools to engage in continued training with the staff, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement and development. A total of 30 bartenders and staff from various St Joe properties were trained, promoting better bartending practices and elevating the overall guest experience. By providing the community of bartenders with resources to hone their practical skills and knowledge base, Unfiltered Hospitality has contributed to the professional growth and excellence of the staff, ensuring that St Joe maintains high standards in beverage service across all its properties.
