Our Story
Founded in Miami by partners Gui Jaroschy, Ben Potts, and Josue Gonzalez, Unfiltered Hospitality was built on decades of combined experience across the bar and restaurant industry. The team’s projects span award-winning South Florida cocktail programs to national hotel groups and internationally recognized beverage operations.
With this experience came opportunities not only to push creative boundaries but to help staff, management, and ownership achieve more from their work and, by extension, their lives. By sharing tools, coaching, and industry insights, the Unfiltered team empowers hospitality businesses to become beacons in their communities.
