Our Story
Founded by partners Gui Jaroschy, Ben Potts, and Josue Gonzalez, Unfiltered Hospitality was built on decades of experience across every level of the hospitality industry. From bartending and management to developing internationally recognized bar programs, their careers have been dedicated to both the craft of cocktails and the people behind them.
With this experience came opportunities—not only to push creative boundaries but to help staff, management, and ownership achieve more from their work and, by extension, their lives.
