Senior Consultant

Build and deliver beverage programs for hotels, restaurants, and multi-unit groups. Menus, training, and rollouts, start to finish.

Job Description · REV 10.23.26

Why this role exists

We build and run beverage programs for multi-unit hospitality groups, hotels, and restaurants. We need a senior consultant who can build programs, train teams, and hold quality after launch. You own timelines and outcomes for clients you're assigned.

What you'll own

  • Assigned client delivery. The timelines, the quality, the outcome.
  • The program. Menus, recipes, costing, and order guides.
  • The training. Bartenders and managers, on-site and remote.
  • The client work. Intake, audits, and business reviews.
  • The documents. SOPs, rollout docs, updates, and decks a team can actually run from.
  • The bench. You mentor junior consultants and help them get faster.

What success looks like (first 6 months)

  • Programs on your book land on time without a partner chasing you.
  • Your menus and specs are accurate, costed, and high quality. Partners rarely override.
  • Teams you train hold the standard after launch.
  • Clients ask for you by name at their business reviews.
  • Problems get caught and closed at your level. We hear about them after they're solved.
  • Juniors you work with get better and faster.

Must-haves

  • A record of menus and programs you built and launched yourself.
  • High-level cocktail craft. You can build, cost, and spec a menu, and defend every drink on it.
  • You can train a bar team and their managers.
  • Organized and on time. You can run several client timelines at once.
  • Comfortable writing SOPs, rollout docs, and client decks.
  • Fluent in project tools (ClickUp, etc.), office suites, email and scheduling.
  • Able to travel about 30 to 50 percent of the month.
  • Your own phone, computer, and transportation. Access to an international airport.

Nice-to-haves

  • Multi-unit group or hotel-brand experience as a beverage director.
  • Achieved awards and recognitions for cocktail programs directly developed.
  • Experience as a bar/cocktail consultant.
  • High-level tech and AI proficiency.

Compensation

  • $90K starting salary, up to $100K.
  • Salary plus commission per our Growth plan.
  • Benefits on firm timing.

Work model

  • Full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours minimum. Evenings and weekends for events when the work needs it.
  • Remote OK. Visits to Miami for tastings and onboarding.
  • Travel about 30 to 50 percent of the month (can be more if you're remote).

Who this is not for

  • Shift-level operators who haven't built and launched a program of their own.
  • Anyone looking for an entry-level or training seat.
  • Process-averse operators. We run on systems.
  • Anyone who can't travel about a third to half of the month.

How to apply

Send an email to jobs@unfilteredhospo.com with your resume and one paragraph on why you're the ideal candidate for this position, what programs you developed and delivered, and how you train a team to hold the standard after you leave.

We read closely for people who read closely. Skip this and we'll skip you. From there, a few focused conversations with the partners, a menu presentation, and an in-person tasting.
